专利摘要:
In the installation described, the strip (1) passes longitudinally through a tank closed with a cover (3), said tank being arranged horizontally and filled with processing liquid. In order to optimize this type of installation, and in particular improve the processing quality and minimize the processing time, the tank (2) contains a separate processing duct (4) closed off by an intermediate cover (6) and to which the processing medium is fed through banks of nozzles (9, 10).

The syringes are supplied with nozzles that are additionally supplied to the side of the treatment channel 4. The working fluid also enters the processing channel 4 through the outlet 13 located in the center of the channel. Slip stones 8 are guides to the working fluid. The jets are sprayed onto the tape 1 to be processed at a gentle angle from crosshead 9 with pac-jg
The invention relates to installations for the surface treatment of continuously moving ribbons, in particular for pickling.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the installation by intensifying the process "
Figure 1 shows the proposed installation, the cross section; Fig 2 - processing channel, cross section; on fig.Z - installation, top view.
The processing tape 1 (Fig. 1) passes through the installation in the direction of the arrow, consisting of a tank 2, closed by a lid 3, which is sealed by a liquid seal on the sides, Processing channel 4 is bounded on four sides by the bottom of the tank, side walls 5 of channel 4 processing and an intermediate cover 6, the latter being suspended from the tank cover 3 and may be rearranged in height 7. There may be a small gap between the side walls 5 of the treatment channel and the intermediate cover 6.
The processing channel 4 in the bottom region is installed transversely to the direction of movement of the belt, the sliding stones 8, which are guides to the liquid, while on the one hand they create a support for the bottom of the belt 1, and on the other serve to form turbulence in the processing liquid. The liquid to be treated is supplied through crossheads 9 and 10 with sprays, with one crosshead 9 with sprays at the inlet, and at the exit two crossheads 10 with sprays mounted on the belt. Traverses with sprays through the pumping system are supplied from the collecting tank 11 with treatment liquid, which, if necessary, is additionally led from the side through
in the direction of movement of the belt 1 and the crosspiece 10 with sprays against the direction of movement of the belt 1.1 As a result, strong turbulence occurs inside the processing channel 4, which reduces the time of etching and thereby increases the productivity of the installation 5 ° C. f-ly, 3 ill.

crosshead with 12 nozzles. The treatment medium is also supplied via an outlet 13 in the center of the treatment channel 4. Using a high pressure liquid processing medium in the area of the input and output of the treatment channel 4 by the liquid itself, dynamic sealing is formed so that only a small amount of the processing liquid from this area returns back to the collection chambers 14. The chambers 14 are connected to the gutters 15 which are provided in the tank laterally outside the processing channel 4 and into which the processing environment is supplied via an outlet 13 in the center of the processing channel 4. From there, the processing medium enters the return line back into the collection tank 11 o
The guide stones or sheets 16 located on the side walls 5 of the treatment channel 4 direct the flow of the processing liquid approximately transversely to the belt 1 "Through these guide stones or sheets 16, which enter the processing channel under pressure from the crosshead 9 and 10 with nozzles processing medium deviates in the right direction.
The installation works as follows.
The processing tape 1 passes through the processing channel 4 along sliding stones 8, where it is subjected to blasting treatment with working fluid through the crossheads 9 and 10 with sprayers, the processing medium being sprayed onto the tape 1 at a gentle angle, namely, from the crosshead 9 with sprayers in the direction of movement of the belt and from the traverse 10 with sprayers against the direction of movement of the belt. As a consequence, strong turbulence occurs within the treatment channel 4, which is enhanced in the lower region of the belt by means of slip stones that guide the fluid. As a result, the process itself goes faster, i.e. the etching time is shortened, which improves plant performance.
In addition, the installation allows processing to be carried out at a very low level of liquid, which is IB treatment channel 4. Therefore, already without the turbulent behavior of the treatment environment, a better exchange with the liquid in the ribbon-medium boundary phase is provided.
Also, by ensuring the flow turbulence, the proposed installation can operate at lower temperatures, which saves energy. Lowering the temperature also reduces the amount of evaporation and the formation of waste gases, which reduces emissions to air and also reduces the load on emissions to wastewater. The use of the intermediate cover 6 installed in the lid 3 of the tank allows for quick opening of the installation with easy accessibility to tape 1 in the event of damage, and the working fluid is diverted to the collecting tank 11 through the gutters 15 in the shortest possible time.
